Your Christmas Countdown 2013 | Days Till Christmas | Sleeps Until Xmas

Your Christmas Countdown 2013 | Days Till Christmas | Sleeps Until Xmas
Merry Christmas, friends.  Remember, don't shop- ADOPT. Go to a Animal Shelter and rescue a dog or cat. But please think carefully about surprising someone with a new animal friend. Its not just cute for a day. Its forever. If you can't treat a dog, cat, guinea pig, hamster, ferret, mouse, bird,

or any animal, as a family member - then DON'T GET ONE!

Happy Holidays, Y'all!

CHRISTMAS "TREES FOR TROOPS" PLEASE SHARE!

Organization helps troops get Christmas trees – Atlanta | FOX 5.

I may be a dog, but I love Christmas trees and I am so thankful for those who serve our country and protect me and my family. So when I learned about this organization, I just had to share. Trees for Troops ships Christmas trees by Fed-Ex all over the country. What a great program. To date, over 103,000 trees have been shipped to servicemen and women. Please get the word out. Thank you "Trees for Troops" and Fed-Ex!

Merry Christmas,

DUI, Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Years

The Holidays are here.  And, each year our law firm notes a rise in DUI arrests.  Please, Don’t Drink and Drive, make sure to have a Designated Driver, or just stay home.   And, if you stay home and consume alcohol to the point of intoxication, you are advised to not go sit in your car parked in your driveway or in the street, because a police officer who observes someone appearing passed out or in distress in a parked car, could question you.   If you appear to be inebriated and are behind the wheel, you could be cited for DUI, even though you had not been driving, as the Officer may decide that you had been driving your vehicle!
Morgese Law Firm in Woodstock, Georgia, wants you to have a safe and joyous Holiday Season.  However, if you need to consult with an attorney, our Firm does offer a no-cost initial consultation.
And, watch out for all my furry friends on the roadways.
Merry Christmas,  Happy Hanukkah, and, Happy New Year to y’all!
